BPD Time

Sometimes external factors can trigger one struggling with BPD. Things like traffic, perceived ill intentions, or even government shutdowns can really shape one's day and the day of those in that life with them.

And sometimes, there is nothing we can do but witness, and try to be a good cheerleader. We have not posted a new podcast episode in a while. Our commitment is to post on Saturdays when we have time to do so since we also have full time work. We will resume episodes this coming weekend, we have a lot to cover. Life with borderline personality disorder is tough but it doesn't have to consume those struggling with it. From an outside perspective, a big key is to understand in the moment, the feelings or intentions that may be present are not necessarily going to be there with the passage of time. The significant other must understand that as well. Anyways, we look forward to recording another episode. We truly do hope it helps others understand bpd. If you are in a relationship with someone that has bpd, our podcast is for you. If you struggle with bpd and want to learn more about how we cope, please give us a listen. We are not professional pod casters. My editing skills are still developing. However, the content is still there through the hesitations, mispronunciation, stuttering, and script-like dialogue that sometimes sound like robots conversing. We will get better over time. We will continue to cover symptoms, treatments, daily life and how daily struggles are met with solutions (most of the time). Do not forget to subscribe to our podcast - see you soon!
